Zynga, Blankets all users - Bans all with items hacked and covers with TOS
Zynga, the makers of YoVille a social media virtual reality game, made some changes that created an exploit that allowed some users to take advantage of the exploit and buy YoVille virtual collectibles. The employees have covered the bans as TOS violations. The issue with this is that users that had no idea that the items were fake were handed bans as well.
People have been paying Zynga money to buy Yocash and Yoville coins, and have been handed down a blanketed ban that may cause a class action suite against the Zynga company. TOS breech was not caused by people buying these items, only by people using a program called WPE pro to pay for items no longer available in the Yo'Stores. But Zynga's capture all scripts covered everyone and anyone.
Emailing Zynga, gets a response that account by account will be looked at in 3 to 5 days. It's careless companies like Zynga that lose consumer trust. Or it's an over zealous Zynga employee and just a bad PR situation for the company.
Hey, you can always move over to IMVU or Small Worlds, for a less greedy and more interactive experiance. Bad Zynga, BAD! Poor form.

I paid real money to buy items, and I didn't do anything wrong, I bought something at a trade, thinking this is such a great deal. later on, I'm trying to log back in, and I can't.. It is like the people who run yoville just stole from me. It's a crime, even if I get my account back. I should be able to get a refund. Talking to VISA about fraud charges now.
