Release of new PaltalkScene v.9.5

The new PaltalkScene v.9.5 is here with additional features:

• Idle Status - if you are inactive on your computer for 15 minutes, your status will automatically set to 'Idle", indicating to others you are away from your computer
• Minimize to System Tray - now you can minimize your Pal list to the system tray to continue to receive IMs conveniently
  
• PC-to-Phone - we added a new keypad to make it easier to dial your friends and family

STEPS:
