DIVX Media Player -Play all you're media files!

Divx

If i had to choose which player to use on a regular basis, which isn't hard in my opinion, it would be the FREE Divx Media player from DIVX.com
I find that it is quite a bit more user friendly than the VLC player. The GUI is well done, where VLC needs a facelift. I do use VLC, as it's used mainly by Graboid to stream the video content.
Overall, divx is the way to go!

Divx encoding is taking on a large strong hold, due to the encorportation of the codec in DVD hardward lately.

If you get an error in Microsoft Media Player that states you cannot play the file due to format, and the file you are trying is a AVI extension. You probably need to install DIVx Free media player to install the DIVx codec.
