Today, My copy of WinZip ran out of the evaluation time, so I decided to see if there was something better out there and I came accross Zip Bundle (Ultra)
It's a little bit cheaper that what they want for Winzip Pro, so i've decided to try it out.. as it has a money back, no hassle return policy.
It handles every extension I've thrown at it.. zip, rar, tar. This is great! It's making my life easier.. no more trying to remember what program to open after I've downloaded a file and it needs to be un-zipped..
I've also setup scripts to zip folders and I'm using it to back up my datafiles to a USB harddrive.
I compared the file sizes between my othe zip backups and noticed that the same information was 20-30% smaller after compression meaning the Zip Ultra is saving me disk space.
